This semester we will be exploring our creativity with language in digital media environments.

Here’s some basic information on the course:

Wednesday, February 14

In class:

  • Introduction to the course.


  • For Friday:
    • Join our Facebook Group.
    • Share a link to a Web native work in our Facebook Group with a 1-paragraph commentary on what you like about it, before 2:30 pm.
    • Read and comment on one of your classmate’s shared works before class on Monday.
  • For Monday:
    • Take and complete the Learn HTML course at Codecademy.
    • Create a basic Web page about yourself (in HTML from scratch) and bring to class to share in a USB drive. (I will provide further instructions on this and we’ll work on this during the week.)

Friday, February 16

  • Class does not meet.
  • Don’t forget your assignments!
