Readings
- Read all the works in Memory Slam and comment on three of the reimplementations of historic works as distant writing. Discuss how each work generates a field of possibilities and what the author is saying about them. This is due by Wednesday, November 4.
- Read all the works in Taper #5: Pent Up and comment briefly on five of the works, focusing on how each of these minimalist works use computation to make their point. This is due by Friday, November 6.
- Respond to 4 of your classmates’ posts (two for each assignment) by Monday, November 9.
Homework
- Read “How to Rob a Bank” by Alan Bigelow
- Write a 1 paragraph discussion of how Bigelow incorporates multimedia in meaningful ways in this work.
