• ENG 2180 – Introduction to Comic Books and Graphic Novels (3)
• ENG 2190 – Science Fiction and Fantasy (3) [GenEd: LS]
• ENG 2350 – Studies in American Literature (3) [GenEd: LS]
• ENG 2360 – American Literature and the Arts (3) [GenEd: LS]
• ENG 2530-2549 – Selected Topics (1-4)

Here are several resources from the Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) and Academic Affairs (AA) that you might find useful and will lead you to create a course that is in compliance with App State standards:
Your syllabus will have all the elements of a complete syllabus: a course description, active learning objectives that reference Bloom’s Taxonomy, an evaluation method, required and recommended texts, a robust week-by-week outline, and clearly stated and inclusive course policies.
This syllabus, along with a 1-2 page discussion of your course design and choices, will be due on May 4, 2022. You will present your syllabus in a 12 minute conference style presentation on our Final Exam day on May 4, 2022.
